The Heightsafe Project Tracking tool has been designed to offer clients the ability to fully manage and view their own portfolio and projects – on just one platform.
The capabilities featured in the unique software are designed to make managing important data, site reports, photos, and certificates a convenient process; whilst also offering functions which can make it easier for clients and Heightsafe to ensure that all sites contained in the system are always fully compliant with the latest health and safety legislation.
Core features of the software include:
- Management of any portfolio’s working at height requirements easily, securely, and quickly; 24/7
- An unlimited amount of individual projects and information which can be uploaded and viewed on the system; from 2, to 200
- A search function which allows projects to be viewed according to the site name, site code, notes, roof profile and post code
- Records of the dates on which the latest safety tests were carried out, when the next test is due, and the expiry date of any previous safety tests
- Email notifications sent to the clients and Heightsafe’s co-ordinaters via the system one month before the next safety test is due.
Heightsafe clients are issued with personal logins to view their own reports, and download and print certificates as and when they are required.
